About the Role

Snowdon Recruitment are seeking a dynamic Mechanical Operations Director for our rapidly growing client.

You will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day activities, streamlining processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency across the business.

Mechanical Operations Director Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and improve operational performance across all mechanical projects
Manage Project Managers, Engineers and Sub-contractors 
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team
Manage budgets, costs, and resources effectively
Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders

Mechanical Operations Director Requirements 

Proven experience as an Mechanical Operations Director 
Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving operational success
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and P&L
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach

The succesful candidate will be offered a basic salary of £80,000 per annum plus a vehicle allowance
