About the Role
Snowdon Recruitment are working with a well established M&E contractor who specialise in delivering electrical services across the commercial and industrial sectors.
This company are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Kent.
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Duties for the Project Manager
- Lead M&E projects
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee teams and subcontractors
- Monitor budgets, timelines and project progress
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct site surveys
- Support tender submissions

Qualifications and Experience Required for the Project Manager job
· Proven experience managing M&E or infrastructure projects, ideally within the transport or tunnelling sector.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
· A commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
