Automated candidate engagement allowing us to mobilise large numbers of candidates very quickly. The online testing allows us to assess any number of candidates simultaneously. As an example we were able to engage with, test and short list over 50 Engineers in 3 days.
We will also collate all of the onboarding documentation for each new starter.
