<p>As the Founder and CEO, Mike Parker has over 30 years recruitment experience having run and managed several large engineering recruitment companies. He founded the business in 2017 and is still very much hands on with both candidates and clients taking great pride in his work.</p><p>We became a family business when in 2018 Mike&rsquo;s wife Cathy Parker took over the financial management of the company having spent over 38 years working for Natwest.</p><p>Cathy&rsquo;s son Robin Greenwood joined in 2019 and now runs the day to day operations of the business after progressing quickly due to continued success.</p><p>Joe Parker (Mike&rsquo;s son) joined in 2021 after finishing university and now spearheads the Facilities Management team.</p><p>Being a family business we have very high standards and care about the people that we work with, helping candidates and clients alike with pride.</p><p><strong>How can we help you?</strong></p><p>If you are a jobseeker in the Electrical, FM or Metering sectors we almost certainly have a great job for you in your area already.
