The Job: Lead Commercial Electrician/EV Installer & Surveyor

We have a unique new opportunity for an ambitious and career focused Commercial Electrician to join our growing Electric Vehicle team.

So what will you be doing?

• Installing Commercial EV chargers across the UK Ensuring compliant installations to most up to date legislation and regulations.

• Carrying out site surveys at commercial properties to calculate installation costs

• Upholding 18th Edition qualifications, ECS card and SSSTS qualifications, along with IET Code of Practice for Electric Charge Point installations.

• Ensuring reports/documentation are completed and submitted through internal systems

• Reviewing and carrying out additional works as required (including domestic installs)

• Managing and taking ownership of the safety and quality of installations

This is a nationwide role and therefore travel across the UK including overnight stays will be required.

Your reward:

What you will need:

We’d love to hear from fully qualified Electrical Engineers or Electricians who are looking to be part of a rapidly expanding EV team. Any experience in the EVC market is a bonus but is not essential. You’ll be dedicated to maintaining the highest quality standards and with the ability to work on your own initiative. You’ll have proven leadership skills and be able to communicate, motivate and train a team when required.

It’s all about you as a person but in addition you will need the following;

• Full 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• experience of LV/Commercial installations

• EV charge point experience

• A valid clean EU/UK driving license

• Competent on Microsoft Excel and mobile applications

• HV Knowledge/experience is desirable

• Relevant qualification in Health & Safety e.g. SSSTS/SMSTS
