As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for executing planned electrical maintenance and testing, reactive repairs, and remedial works primarily at our Hospitality Client's sites. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our relationship with the client, having recently secured the Electrical Maintenance & Remedial Works Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
EICR Test & Inspection, Fire Alarm Test, Emergency Lighting Test, and PAT Test during Planned Maintenance visits.
Executing reactive repairs and remedial works promptly and efficiently.
Commercial EICR Electrician
Benefits:
Basic salary of £36,000 plus bonus (£41,000 OTE)Contributory pension scheme, 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), additional training, uniform, company vehicle and fuel card
Overview:
We are working with an established electrical compliance specialist in the UK who complete commercial and industrial EICR work, you will be working on major contracts including hospitals, universities, sport stadiums etc.
Commercial EICR Electrician Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of testing experience in a similar environment
• C&G 2391 or 2394/95 qualified
• C&G 2360, 2330 (or equivalent) Level 3 in Electrical Installations
• C&G 2382, 18th Edition qualified (training provided if necessary)
• Full current driving license
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Positive attitude, adaptability to client needs, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
