Quantity Surveyor

Snowdon Recruitment are working with a long standing client who work within the mechanical industry to help them find a Quantity Surveyor.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will oversee the financials, review contracts, and maximise profits. 

*My client will consider applications from Quantity Surveyors who have experience in any of the following sectors - M&E, Construction, Engineering, Utilities, Infrastructure*

 Quantity Surveyor Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financials and contracts Review contracts  Maximise profitability  Provide accurate monthly CVRs Lead commercial matters Manage applications for payment and retention collection

 Quantity Surveyor Benefits:

£65,000 - £70,000 basic salary (Depending on experience)  Professional development and training opportunities Hybrid working
