PMO Analyst required by my FTSE 250 company. You will joining a very busy IT department that is going through a lot of change. You must have a minimum of 3 years hands on experience as a PMO analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure projects are delivered to meet business and regulatory requirements in a cost-effective manner

Define project processes, provide project support, through project reports and root cause analysis audits, ensuring lessons learned are fed back into project improvements

Engage and manage 3rd party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of the IT project portfolio

Track and report project performance, identifying any risks or issues for key projects

Experience Required:

Detailed understanding of project delivery frameworks

PRINCE2 and MSP or similar required

Experience supporting PMO function

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
