Ideally you will have at least 5 years solid PMO experience, Ideally you will have worked in a construction environment with a heavy IT involvement. You need a good mix of working within big multiple project environments as well and smaller environments, you must have top organisational skills as well as extremely strong communication skills, you will be dealing with C level people.
