Snowdon Recruitment are working with one of the UK's leading Electrical Compliance companies who are looking for an experienced Electrician to join their team undertaking installation works adhering to current standards and regulations. Occasional working away from home may be required.

Package: 

£50,000-£65,000 per year

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship.

Certification in IET, BS7671:2018, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

Preferable, but not essential, certification in C&G Inspection, Testing, and Certification of Electrical Installations, such as 2391 

Possession of a CSCS Safety Passport or equivalent health and safety card

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong understanding of electrical principles, including surge protection installation methods.

Proficiency in both single and three-phase electrical installations.

Capability to perform electrical installations across various types of low voltage setups.

Ability to assess and procure necessary parts and equipment for specific tasks.

Collaboration with the Operations Supervisor to coordinate planned and routine maintenance schedules and reporting protocols.

Adherence to recognized industry standards consistently.

Maintenance of comprehensive records for all work undertaken, ensuring completion of required paperwork within specified timelines.

Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours, including occasional overnight stays, weekend shifts, and travel outside of the home area.

Commitment to ongoing training to complete job duties, including participation in health and safety courses and pursuing further trade development for professional growth.

Capacity to take initiative and work independently.
