Position Overview:
As a Sprinkler Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of sprinkler system installation projects. From initial planning and coordination to execution and handover, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, including scope definition, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Oversee project execution, including scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and deviations from the plan.
Collaborate with the sales team on project proposals and tender submissions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the fire protection or construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of sprinkler system design, installation, and regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
